Private Labelling can be an important step in establishing and maintaining your account base. Marketing products with your name, logo, design, and address on the package helps to ensure that customers identify with you and / or your company both for initial and repeat purchases.
Private labelling is a service that is offered by TOP-Supplements for more than 20 years. You may choose to apply your own label to any of our listed products or request other specific products not listed (e.g. Magnesium, Iron etc.) or further you may elect to establish your own brand name on one or more custom formulations that are exclusive to your company.
What is private labelling?
Private labelling is when you take top quality, time tested and proven formulations from TOP-Supplements and package them with your brand, logo, and label.

These formulations have been time tested, refined, and polished to offer the very best quality available. Whereas most companies require very large initial orders to “qualify” for private labelling, TOP-Supplements offers an amazing low, minimum order of only 24 bottles per item under your own label. This allows you to get started with your private labelling without having to incur large, upfront costs.

TOP-Supplements utilises a dedicated art department that can design custom labels around your brand. TOP-Supplements also utilises specialist printers that can facilitate the fulfilment of your custom labels, which we then attach to your bottles for the perfect solution.
Do you already have artwork or labels for your products? Not a problem, TOP-Supplements can take your pre-designed artwork or your pre-printed labels and integrate them seamlessly into the production line. This gives all our customers the maximum amount of flexibility while eliminating extra and unneeded steps. You can utilise our expertise NOW!

Private Labelling Label Design Information
Once we have received the order for your new private label supplements there are a few options with your label design.
Label Design In-House Fee:
If TOP-Supplements design your label there is a one time fee of ÂŁ99. This will include us taking your ideas, logo and any art work you may have and building it into a label. This charge covers your first product and if you would like additional products using the same design just changing the text out there is a one time charge of ÂŁ50 per product. Once the label mock-up is complete our art department will email it to the provided email address and await necessary changes or approval on the label design.
Maximum time on initial label design is 2 hours, after 2 hours / or for graphically intense labels we work at the rate of ÂŁ50 per hour. (1 hour minimum).
Final version will be emailed back to the customer and upon signed faxed or emailed approval TOP-Supplements will print labels.
After label has been approved and there are further changes needed we work at a rate of ÂŁ50 per hour. (Half hour minimum)
Requirements:All art work provided must be in either an AI, EPS, CDR, High Res PDF with fonts converted to outlines (paths) / Curves. If unable to provide art work in these formats additional charges may apply.
We also need the (Distributed By:) information that you would like listed on your label. (company name, domestic address or phone number city, and Postcode are required)
Customer Wants To Design Their Own Label:
TOP-Supplements will email to the provided email address all of the text information required such as Supplement Facts, Allergen Warning, size of label, Cautions and Suggested Use in a word format.
Labels need to be built in at least 600dpi in Corel, AI or EPS format with fonts provided or converted to outlines.
Please Note: Labels built in JPG, PSD (photoshop), PDF or any other raster formats will have to be rebuilt at a charge of ÂŁ50 per hour.
Once art work is completed by the customer they can either email the file to our art department or upload them to our FTP site.
All Labels must be free of claims that have not been proven by reputable clinical research.
Labels must be proofed by TOP-Supplements once they are sent back to us to ensure they correspond with product and legal requirements. If changes are needed we will send an email with the changes that are needed back to the provided email address one time. If customer would rather TOP-Supplements make the changes there will be a charge based on the changes that need to be made.
We will also check the legality / viability of the name to give you an informed opinion.
Final version will be emailed back to the customer and upon faxed or emailed approval TOP-Supplements will print labels.
Customer Wants To Send Labels:
If customer would like to send labels into our facility for one of the products they have ordered TOP-Supplements must proof label before accepting to make sure label corresponds with all product and legal requirements. Although this is not our preferred solution as we believe it is better we print and then affix the labels to better ensure and control quality of look etc.

Please note: Colours may vary between monitor and when label is actually printed. If colour and clarity are crucial please request a mailed sample of the label before proceeding with your order. We do have the capability to send the label to a print company that will have much higher quality printing along with a laminate coating for a nominal increase in price depending on the size and quantity of the label.
